NO start (stumped) 850 1995

ARRRRRGH!!! Put the clean plugs in the engine and connect everything back up. Your cams are not out of whack! The belt is toothed and cannot "slip".
Just put the gas peddle all of the way to the floor (this tells the ECU to turn off gas while the starter is in operation) and crank the little sucker. When you hear a little sputter, let your foot off the gas and keep cranking.
You may have to run the starter a long time, but it will start! Do not worry about compression testing! You didn't kill anything. Just make sure you have a strong battery charge.
