The Morning Rattle/Clunk 850

I'm having a strange problem with my 850. Usually every morning the car would rattle for only 1 sec, and it sounds like there is no oil pressure. The oil is full and its 5W30 (im in Massachusetts). I switched to Volvo oil filter after going to Meineke for an oil change (never doing that again. They put some DURALUBE oil filter). The noise hasnt changed, it appears occaisionally, only if the car has been siting overnight.

Best way to describe a noise: a metallic rattle or a clunk of some sort.
