engine codes 1999

I posted earlier about engine codes and went back to Auto Zone to have them read so I could see if this board could help diagnose what might be the problem or problems.
Ok. I have a total of 7 codes. 3 that are P1057, 1 P1021, 1P1081,and 2 P0600. Can anyone advise me of what these codes might mean?
Are they common codes releated to often found failures?
