lower controlo arm(s) update V70-XC70 1998

1998 V70.....needs lower control arms we are told- gtea big old "clunk" evident
when you brake and hit a bump-ouch. No surpries, as it has some 145k on it,
and we got it at 98K and have simply driven it-nice....

So what other suspension components should we replace and or look for as wearing out upon undertaking this job????? As down time stinks!
