ABS Fault Code Reading Problems 850 1995

I had my ABS Activate with any brake application. For the time being, I removed the fuse until I could clean the wheel sensors. Today, I cleaned the sensors which 2 were quite dirty and caked with brake residue. Re-installed the fuse and the ABS no longer activates but the ABS light is still on the dash. I tried to pull the codes off the A-Module by plugging the plug into A-3 and pushing the button for one second after turning on the ignition to position two. No codes would come up no matter how many times I tried. The LED lights bright when I push the button, but no codes come up.. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
