850 Blower Motor 850 1994

Hi,
About a month ago I removed the blower motor which had apparently seized, lubricated it got it working and re-installed it. Worked fine for the past month. Wife reports today that it isn't working again and that when she turns on the defrost the lights for REC and the one beside flash.
Can anyone confirm that this relates to the blower motor being seized ONLY, and that my resistor is still good?
I would like to know for sure before ordering a new motor.
Tks,
NBZ
