Can you tell us what it does, exactly?... V70-XC70

The big spring loaded idler wheel keeps the belt tight by taking up the slack. This spring loaded arm has a recessed square to accept a Volvo tool to pivot the arm away from the belt to allow the slack back in and thereby releasing the belt for removal. I wasn't going to get in the car and find the tool back ordered for too much money etc. etc. So I made one. If you want to change the belt yourself or wish to do re and re on any of the alt power steer pump etc this makes removal a snap instead of a headache.
