The R has AWD and a high pressure turbo, along with Alcantra lined seats and a few other goodies. If you have AWD and plain leather seats, then it has a light pressure turbo.
Most V70s are FWD plain jane non turbo, or GLT with a light turbo. The T5 model has a high pressure turbo.

A VIN would tell everything.
