ahhh, thanks klaus. i have some homework to do now with all that info you gave me. after looking at pics on this site, i am certain that the 'a' and 'd' have fallen off the tailgate. i definitely don't have suede inserts in the black leather seats, nor do i have an 'r' under the hood. i am assuming it's a V70 AWD with black leather and most other options. anyway, i should be able to decipher some things now with you guys help. thanks.
