car iddeling funny help input please 850 1994

Ok the stalling problem went away, after I replace the spark plugs, New Disturbiture, and cap.. they all bad, so now car run good no more stalling.

I do clean the ideal control valve.. but it still surging when car seat by itself. it surge and went away, run surger and went away..

what should I be replace next ?? or looking for
