2002 V70 Engine Sound (LPT) V70-XC70

Yuri, my wife's 1999 V70 with the non-turbo engine is reasonably quiet. I don't hear the tick-tick that you described, in contrast to the distinct valve ticking in my 1981 BMW with the 4-cyl. M10 engine. But, similar to the other gent, my hearing may not be the best any more.
