2007 XC90 power plug has no power XC90

The 12 volt power taps have no power. The taps at the dash and at the rear of the console are the affected sites, the other taps and all other power accessories (that we have observed) work correctly. An assortment of devices has been plugged into those two taps to conclude they have no power and that the other ones do have power.
All the fuses we've found are good. Not sure if there are other fuse locations we haven't found.
There are no after market accessories installed in this vehicle, original radio and everything.
