Shaking and Sputtering S70

I have a '99 S70 with 120K miles on it. The ABS unit needs to be replaced, we had the ETM replaced but the thing just won't stay running. It tapps really bad, tries to die on us and just pretty much runs rough and at times will shake really bad when you take off from a stand still...almost like a blow out as you slow down on the highway.
