I don't think the flat is related, unless the gremlins are working overtime :)

Watch out for your dealer's service dept. They would rather remove and replace than repair electrical equipment. Especially expensive modules.

Did you know that Sears sells a Torx tool that has about 10 folding torx drivers? Great for working on your car, and about $5.00.
