Tracs/ABS light 850 1996

I own a '96 850 Turbo. Recently I replaced the odometer gear using the IPD replacement gear. When everything was reassembled, the odometer worked again with the installation of the new gear.
However, my TRACS switch on the dash will not light up and does not seem to work as far as turning on and off the TRACS/ABS. Until the odometer gear replacement, it was working and the orange light would illuminate on the dash when it was engaged.
Has anyone else had this happen following replacement of an odometer gear? I am wondering if the bulb is burned out or if I have a problem with the switch that is coincidental with my gear replacement. I pulled the TRACS switch out of the instrument panel and it appears to be connected and all of the wires are intact.
Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Fred.
