Radiator Top bolt 850

So while I was doing a tranny oil change I was over looking my future radiator change when it gets warm here. My biggest concer are the two 10mm toward the top of the radiator. I grabbed a 10mm 1/4 socket and placed a unversal joint on one end and then an extension connected to the rachet. I tried taking the bolt out, but it seems to be an award angel to get leverage on the bolt. Anyone figure out another way? I was thinking of maybe drilling a 1/4 hole through the black plastic that makes this bolt so hard to remove. Any ideas would very much help.

Regards
Sandro
