Radiator Complete. WOW

I had no idea it would take almost 7 hours for me to replace my radiator. I had the car up on ramps, but I bet it was on a lift it might go a little quicker. I ran into a problem where one of the nuts that holds the 12mm bolts that holds the radiator to the actually frame of the car "unwelded" from the frame. I put liquid wrench on it and PB blaster, but after so much force it just gave way (passenger side). I spent the next two hours Dremmeling it off and then going to the hardware store for another bolt and a wing nut. I put the wing nut at the bottom and the bolt on top. The other problem I ran into were the upper oil and tranny cooling lines. The worst was the upper oil line; I had to dremmel the brass mounting on the radiator's side so that the oil line would wiggle. I mean I even used a pipe wrench before resorting to the Dremmel. I also had to install the radiator/intercooler without the shroud and also remove the fan from the shroud. I left one of the screws in the bottom passenger side of the shroud that holds the fan. Since the fan shroud and that side allows you to slide the screw in. I also like to mention that I realized that I should only tighten each bolt about 3/4 of the way before they are all installed otherwise things don't line up right. Also I've seen people post while installing the new radiator worried about the intercooler being loose now. I'd like to mention that it will tighten up once everything is put together and tighten down. And LASTLY where gloves... the fins are sharp! If you have any question just let me know.

Regards
Sandro
