Brake Scrape While Turning V70-XC70 1999

Hello, I frequent the RWD forum as I own a 1977 264 Grande Luxe which I've been driving lately.

The problem is that my V70R has had this brake scrape since acquisition. I have changed the pads as they wore unevenly, but the brake scrape remains. I also rebuilt the caliper. The left rear rotor is noticeably warmer then the right. What is causing this? Is the rear axle in need of repair? Could the axle bearings be shot?

Thanks,
Goatman
