Limp Home Mode I Think V70-XC70 2000

I am leaning toward fuel delivery. I went by and checked the plugs, everything seemed fine. What I did notice was that the small fuel filter on the front right side (battery side) had no fuel in it. I removed the bottom hose...no fuel came out. There was suction into the bottom of the filter, but no fuel coming from the small hose that come up to the filter.

If i am not mistaken, there is another fuel filter located at the rear of the car. I am hoping that this is it instead of fuel pump. I know that this will require removal of the gas tank to get to the pump. Since car is AWD it will require removal of the rear drivetrain...something I am not going to attempt this one myself

Oh well...might be time to open the check book.
