Limp Mode...Not...Fuel Delivery...Probably V70-XC70

I had thought that my car had gone in to limp home mode, but after further investigation I am leaning toward fuel delivery. I noticed that the small fuel filter at the front right side of the car was empty. I removed the bottom hose, assuming that this is where the fuel would come from...no fuel coming out. There was good suction from the bottom of the filter though.

This leads me to believe that either the fuel pump at the tank has gone bad or, I think, that there is another fuel filter at the rear of the car somewhere. If anyone has any advice on this I would be appreciative.
