98 S70 HVAC, Almost No Air Flow, WHY?? S70

I have removed both knee bolsters, glove box, etc. All the actuator motors seem to be working all the flaps. Looking up through the right floor outlet vent,I can see the defroster/floor flap move. The recirc motor & flap works. I pulled out the Blower Motor Reistor and Evap Core looks clean,no blockage seen. With Blower on High & Resistor removed, the air escaping through the square resistor hole is tremendous in velocity! The air just is not getting to the outlets. I am second owner, first owner was also faithful at maintanance, including new cabin filter every 10,000 miles. I DON'T want to remove the dash, but I am at a loss to the blockage. Is there a flap closer to the defroster ducts that I am missing? Is there a good HVAC Diagram somwhere? Any ideas?
