WTF? Update! 850

Update,ok so i looked around the engine this morning and i couldnt find where it might be grounded(there are a lot of wires lol) but none of the wires look bad enough to make a short and the insulation on them is ok. should i just spray it all down with electrical cleaner? I made it almost all the way to school today(20 mins) without the compressor trying to come on but right when i got on campus it started clicking again and the air blower(with heat on at the time) went off. Once again tho i turned on my parking lights and it went back on full blast. althought i kept playing with the lights and it didnt have an effect anymore so this is very weird. I have had 4 other volvos in the past and never had a problem like this before(seems like british wiring lol)
Oh and is there an online store that I can order that hose from??
