Door Locks S70 1998

Hi All,
Here is a challenging question from an Aussie.

I need to replace the front passenger side doorlock. Prices in Australia are enough to cause a coronary...about US$250. Price for same part in US is half that.

Our cars are right hand drive so the only door key lock is on the right side (the driver's side here). It will actually be the left hand fron door lock that I need, and that will have the key lock associated with it. Will that matter if I buy a new lock from the US to save some $?
