new plugs/CEL S70 2000

Those are terrible plugs. Do you still have the original plugs? If you do, put them back in. Then read the back of the manual that gives the Champion plug size and put those in for 25K miles. Or buy Volvo OEM and have them last for 40K+ miles.

Those individual coils don't help either. If you got your codes read, the P010n would tell you which cylinder is misfiring. 101 = #1, 102 = #2, etc.
Then you could swap coils to see if one stopped working is because of a bad coil.
