There's a lot of posts on the AWD forums extolling the virtues of Victor Rocha (at least, that how I remember his name's spelling). He's cheap (uh, inexpensive) but his work is of extraordinary quality (so I've read), and turnaround is fast, although you may have to call ahead so he'll expect your package, and he'll even loan you a (hard to find sized) torx to remove it.

I'm doing this from memory -- I might have some details mixed up. But you can find the details in the archives.
