95 850 ABS light on - first code 142 - then only 111 but light stays on!! 850

When I first pulled the codes via the A3 slot code 142 came up. Then I cleared the code and now only 111 comes up but the light stays on. Maybe the module but on a 95? I thought 96 and newer had module problems but not 95.
