Let me try 1,2, and 3.
1: Could be your cabin heater blower. Try changing the fan speed and see if that makes a difference.

2: The radiator will need to be replaced.

3: Hanging off the center of the engine as you look at is the Idle Air Control motor. That can sometimes make a humming sound when the ignition is on. The oil pump is at the "front" of the engine, by the passenger fender, and never makes any noise.
