Front Brake chatter & excessive vibration S80 2001

I'm having difficulties locating a problem within my front suspension. I developed a vibration & chatter problem in my front braking system, {OR SO I HAD THOUGHT} When i applied my brakes, The car re-acted as though the rotors were warped, you know that feeling, shaking the heck out of the front until you get them rotors turned, {OR SO I HAD THOUGHT}. After turning rotors & re-assembily, the problem disappeared for about 10 stop lights then returned. I have the car on jack stands now & checked all the steering & suspension rubbers for damage, but found no obvious problem. CAN ANYONE PLEASE GIVE ME SOME INSIGHT ON WHAT APPEARS TO BE A HIDDEN PROBLEM, THANK YOU
