2004 S80 Trunk Unlocks While Driving S80

My 2004 S80 2.9 will experience the trunk unlocking while driving but occasionally while it's parked. The only way to keep it locked is to turn on the valet button. Fuse is fine. The rest of the central locking system functions fine. Any one else experience this failure?

Currently own:
2004 S80 110K Mi.
1996 960 300K Mi.
1993 940 315K Mi.
