1) Do the OEM triode plugs come pre-gapped and/or do I need to find out the proper gap and check it?
They come all pre gapped and ready to go.

2) Did they send the correct plugs?
Yes, those are the correct plugs for a non-turbo. The turbo plugs are platinum and have only a single electrode, the NA's have the triple electrode.

3) What plugs have you used in your non-turbo 850 and how well did they perform? Being as I do this for a living I do not mess with success, I run the correct application factory Volvo ignition components in anything that I work on and have never had a problem with fit or performance. Bougicord wires and Bosch caps and rotors are the same thing as factory and you can run them with the same confidence.
