855 won't start suddenly please help 850

I got in my car this morning and tried to stat engine. it did not start.
it did not cranck, nothing happened. lights on the board and headlights are very bright as usual.
but some wired thing happend. usually when i turn a key to on position, it chimes. after i turn to start position, nothing happened. when i returned to the on position, lights on the board was dimmer and all the lights flashed as the chime ring.
i repeated a few times, but the same thing repeaped again and again.
last week, i stopped at the stop sign and all the sudden, the arrow light came on. it happend before when i had to replace my transmission, that time, the arrow was flashing, but this time, the arrow light was solid. not flashing.
do you guys have any ideas?
