Right rear brake light out - recurring problem - advice? 850 1993

Been through the archives already.

Maybe someone can enlighten me or at least point me in the right direction. :)

I did get it working some of the time, it is once again out all the time.

So far, I have:

1. Cleaned contacts and grounds
2. Sprayed electrical cleaner in the socket
3. Changed both rear bulbs
4. Switched said bulbs
5. Cleaned fuse
6. Checked connections

I don't think so, but could this problem be caused by the brake light switch? Am I overlooking something else?

Volvo's seem prone to brake light problems. Also been through this with my 240. After much work, finally got them to work all the time.

Thanks all!
