S70 Fuel Door Stuck S70

I'm relatively new to the forum and this is my first post - my beloved 98 S70's fuel door is stuck. I've checked the manual and looked under the trunk liner for a manual release to no avail. Further, the switch on the driver's door also has the trunk release which isn't working. The power door locks and windows are fine.

Help is greatly appreciated!
