All dash warning lights are on! 850 1996

Help!
Daughter's '96 850, NA, has all warning lights on all, the time.
It is possible that all means many.
The spedo works but not the odometer.
Car has 200 K showing but may be 210K by now.
It runs OK and trans works OK.
What could cause the warning light problem?
Maybe the ECU computer?
I never heard of one going bad.

Ideas?
