98 S70 stalls in rain/damp conditions S70

Hey guys,
My 98 S70 (nonturbo, 113k) has been stalling whenever it is raining or damp. It will start fine when cold, then after a few minutes the RPMs will start to dip to 700-800 (this is when the car is in park). If it is placed in gear (even without actually moving the car), the problem gets worse, and if the car is moved, it will stall almost immediately. It will restart one or two times, but after that it will not. The CEL light comes on after the first time it shuts off. The CEL light will disappear as soon as the humidity goes away. The only other problem I am aware of is that the air pump has been making some nasty sounds lately; I'm not sure if this is related or not based on what I've read. I have tried various grades of gasoline and it seems to have no impact. I hope you all might have some idea of what's going on. As soon as it dries out I'll have the codes read, as of right now it's not going to make it more than 1 miles. Thanks in advance.

-Silas
