All dash warning lights are on! 850 1996

Thanks to all for the hopefully good advive. Don't know about the splash pan but it has been dry fr a while and anyway the lights have been on for 8 months.
The number on varies, but is usually all on tne right side, as I understand it.
I will look into the ignition switch issue as best I can.

Daughter drives Volvos because they survive the worst possible service profile. Erratic oil changes, erratic addition of oil, erratic service at all, 30K per year rushing hither and yon, all local miles, you know the program.
Whenever the car is available for a half day, I go get it and do whatever I can.
Air filter, oil change, lube door hinges, whatever. Sigh.............
