2001 V70 T5 V70-XC70

I just picked up this nice green V70 T5 last week (85k). I knew it had a few little problems but I've replaced the ABS module, new 235/45/17 tires, new upper engine mount, and an impossible to get at rear tail light bulb. I have one problem I've been unable to fix, a blown horn fuse. It goes about three days before blowing again even if the horn hasn't been used. Another strange trait is the windshield wipers will creep up from their 'park' position after the car has been off and locked a few hours. This doesn't seem to happen until I replace the horn fuse. Ideas?
