Oil Line Replacement 850

Has anyone changed the oil line that runs from the rad/oil cooler down to the bottom of the engine?

This is the line that looks like a power steering hose, it is rubber hose with a crimped fitting on the bottom. The crimped part on my car has rusted through and is dripping oil.

Just wondering how much it costs and how hard it is to change out.

Thanks in advance for any help you might be able to offer.
