No Oil Pressure Warning Light S80 1999

If this is the 5 cylinder engine, there is an oil pickup ring at the bottom of the oil pan. From your description of the parts, the dealer did this. The oil pan has no gasket and that is what the Chemical Gasket is for.
The only way to check the connecting rod bearings is to drop the oil pan and measure the gap in the bearings. If the dealer did this he should have told you there is a problem with them.
I am surprised that no mention of the pressure sender being tested/replaced while at the dealer. Also no mention of the actual oil pressure.

Show your mechanic the bill from the dealer so that he can see the parts that they replaced.
