Two separate problems.

The odo needs a new gear wheel. Check google for suppliers. And please fix it, the computer keeps track of miles driven and if you try to sell it as a low mileage car and the new owner finds out you will wind up in small claims court.

The CC could have a vacuum leak. Check for the connection under the battery, that usually goes first. The other is to check the cutoff switch at the brake pedal, just above the switch for the brake lights.

Or, you could just check B - 2 for codes.
