Remote Key Fob V70-XC70

I just purchased a 98 V70, it came without any key fobs. I went to the dealer, and they want about 200.00 for a new one, this price includes programming. I saw a few on eBay, but am not sure which ones to order, since i do not have an old one. I am looking for assistance with the model number of the key fob for a 98 V70. Also would like some assistance with programming the fob, according to some previous postings I can do it by turning the ignition on and off 5 times in 10 seconds. If this is correct how does the dealer get away with charging 200.00 for a key fob and programming. Thought I would add the dealer also said I must purchase software at 40.00, included in the 200.00, any idea what this is for.
