high mileage S40 value? S40-V40

Hi,
What would you say is the value of a S40 with 165,000 miles and a slow oil leak. Dealer service tech said the oil leak is from cam seals and would cost $1,000 to fix. The car has also had body work done twice. Front leather seats show wear as expected from a daily driver. Besides that the car runs fine.
