reliability of 2001 V70 V70-XC70

If you look at the owner's manual, I think the trailer weight is the same for the 940 and the V70.
If you can trust the seller, you are half way to getting a good car. Verify the AC is still good. Stay away from the AWD. The low pressure turbo is a very good engine. Check the tranny fluid, it is about time to flush it. And use synthetic oils. You can expect an easy 200K miles.
The Tbelt needs to be changed soon along with the tensioner. Water pump is good for 180K +.
