V70 window switch assembly V70-XC70

The front driver's window switch is acting up on the window switch pack. It goes down with no hesitation but takes 2-3 tries before going up - just started doing this the other day and hasn't gotten stuck yet. The other switches are working fine. The individual switches operate smoothly, do not stick, wobble or feel worn.

Question #1: Does anyone know how these switch assemblies are serviceable?

Question #2: Has anyone had luck just opening the assembly, cleaning the contacts for continued long term use? Should I just get the $130 OEM switch assembly from FCP and forget about jacking with it?
