Replacing Engine S70 2000

I am replacing the engine in my S70 Remember the intermittent oil pressure light and smoking S70, well it was caused by leaking turbo seals which was caused by blocked oil passages in the engine, especially in the valve cover. This was all caused by neglect by the P/O.
My question to the group is what tips do any of you have on engine replacement? I got one that looks clean with 82K miles. I am replacing the "O" rings in the oil pan and pick up pipe. I just replaced the timing belt on the old engine so I am taking all the parts from that one and putting them on the new one. (idler, tensioner, belt, and water pump) I ordered new gaskets, "O" rings and rear seal. I need instructions on how to replace the rear seal. I spent some time searching with no answers. I am also rebuilding the turbo.
Any tips are appreciated.
