Question about ticking engine at cold start & lucas oil 850 1995

On cold start up my 95 850 GLT (None turbo)
Has a ticking noise like a orchard sprinkler.
This goes away when the car fully warms up.
Could this be harmfull to my engine? Should
I add lucas oil to my next oil change? Any
information about lucas oil I should know?
