Starter 850

If your battery is not above 10 volts, the Volvo will not start. The clicking noise is a result of the starter soleniod not getting enough voltage.
Check the red wires from the battery, make sure none of them are cracked near the terminal.

The starter is under the intake manifold, just to the driver's side of center or the rear of the engine block. Those connection wires must also be inspected.
