Keep 850 or get the S60 850

Recently found a 2007 S60 2.5 AWD with 5800 miles (dealer loaner). Very clean, on the road seven months and is $10k below new price sticker. That price is negotiable. Had my 1993 850 since new. It runs and looks great @ 126,000 mi. & has many new parts. Should I consider a change given the age? Any issues with the S60 that would make me regret the change? Thanks for input.
