Keep 850 or get the S60 850

Somewhere between $20K (KBB trade in value) and $28K (KBB dealer would like to get). Offer him $25 plus the Certified Used car package which gives you a 6 year/100K miles warranty on parts and labor, after the original 3 year/50K factory warranty runs out.
After you get a good price that you can live with, then haggle over a trade in value for your car. Use KBB.com to give you a reasonable guideline as to the value of your 1993. Remember, he will probably just send it straight to the auction house rather than try to sell it from his lot. The 1993 isn't going to be worth that much, but it will reduce your sales tax by that much.
