power window problem C70 2001

I own a '01 C70 that I purchased 3 years ago. Overall, the car has been great, but I recently experienced a problem with the right rear power window.

I pushed the switch to put all the windows up and all went up except the rr, which went up about half-way and stopped.

The rr window will not go up any further nor will it go back down and I can hear a snapping and grinding noise when I push the button for this window.

I am guessing that I have a problem with the dreaded regulator for this window.

I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if so, how expensive the repair bill was for this. Thanks, Fred.
